- FREE local pickup is available in Smithfield, Virginia (Choose option at checkout.)
Returns
- If anything is incorrect, missing or damaged upon arrival. Please let us know right away (please check your items within 7 days of receipt) by emailing us at shop@pearlsboutique.com or use the contact form here on our website!
- Returns must be requested and post-marked to us within 14 days from the date received.Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, not contain any markings from deodorant, make-up or other user damage/wear/tear)Returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
- For website orders a gift card will be issued to the email address associated with your order. For orders placed through our app, a credit will be issued to your app account.
- Sale items and accessories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. This includes accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, and leggings.
- If these items are returned, the refund will NOT be processed.
- A handling and shipping fee will incur if you wish to have the item returned back to you.
- Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
