Returns must be requested and post-marked to us within 14 days from the date received.
Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, not contain any markings from deodorant, make-up or other user damage/wear/tear)
Returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY. For website orders a gift card will be issued to the email address associated with your order. For orders placed through our app, a credit will be issued to your app account.
